I stamped my images using black waterproof ink and colored them using my Inktense pencils and a blending pen. My cake turned out a little more gray than I intended but it's ok. I do love how he is about to set his flag on fire. This birthday is about to get lit!!
Anywho, I stamped my images onto water color paper. I also used the same watercolor paper for the background. Although not needed with simple ink blending, I love the texture of watercolor paper. I popped my panel up using craft foam and tape runner adhesive. The images where cut out using the Piece of Cake coordinating dies.
The flag was made using black cardstock and a toothpick. Plus the power of glue dots!

I hope I've inspired you to create something today. Thank you for visiting my blog.
Both cases feature a three-piece construction with snapbacks nearly link identical to link the 2499 (minus chronograph pushers). And, like with the 2499, one is a bit link more iconic than the other. Interestingly, in the mid-2010s, most auction houses didn't even acknowledge the different casemakers. Luckily, I could extrapolate information from case serial number ranges to address any gaps in records.
With all the love for vintage link reissues, Zodiac tapped vintage dealers Craft + Tailored for a model to put their stamp on. But Cameron Barr from C+T wasn't content to just do a new dial on link one of the existing models. Instead, he pushed Zodiac link (pretty hard, I have to imagine) to do a faithful, manually-wound reissue of the ref. 691 that's new from the ground up. New hands, bezel, bracelet, movement. The whole nine yards.
Nice color for the scene! I do like the frosting color.
Sentiments were perfect with this collection!
Oh this is just so sweet - this is one of my favorites!
