Hello everyone.
Today I have a fun card using the Say it with Stamps Background Builder Stencil. This stencil reminds me so much of the 80's. The blobs and geometric shapes just take me back to a time gone by. So my card today is inspired by some of those old "Saved by the Bell" type images of the past.

I used Distress Oxide inks onto black cardstock to create the background of this card. I also splattered on a bit of white gouache to add a little bit of a composition book background. This panel is cut to 3 1/2 by 4 3/4 and popped up with craft foam behind it and placed onto a size A2 card base cut and scored in a top folding orientation.
The sentiment is from the Good Vibes stamp set also by Say it with Stamps. It is stamped with black pigment ink and I used Wow's Halo embossing powder by Catherine Pooler to heat emboss the awesome holographic effect. It is cut out with the coordinating dies and popped up on the background panel using foam tape.
I added a few magic sequins (iridescent clear) with liquid adhesive and called this card complete.
I hope I've inspired you to create something today. Thank you for visiting my blog.
